We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your hat, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
To Return or Exchange:
- Condition: The hat must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned hat, we will process your refund to the original payment method or complete your exchange as requested.
